Prohibited Items

For the safety and comfort of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited:

Firearms, knives, tasers, pepper spray, or any other items deemed to be weapons.

Consumption or possession of illegal substances, drugs, or alcohol.

To prevent accidents and injuries, glass bottles or any glass containers are prohibited.

Large Bags or Backpacks

For security reasons, large bags, backpacks, or any bags larger than a small purse are not allowed.

Drones

Flying drones or any unmanned aerial vehicles are prohibited without prior authorization.

Pets

Pets or any animals are not allowed.

Flammable Items

Fireworks, flares, lighters, matches, or any other flammable materials are not allowed.

Laser Pointers

Laser pointers or any similar devices that are disruptive and potentially harmful to performers or attendees.

Professional Cameras or Recording Equipment

Without prior authorization, professional photography, videography equipment, or any recording devices are not permitted.

Outside Food and Beverages

To ensure safety and cleanliness, outside food and beverages, including water bottles, are not allowed. Designated areas for refreshments are distributed across the event.

Smoking

Smoking, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited. Bringing your cigarettes packets is not allowed.

Umbrellas

Large umbrellas or any items that may obstruct the view of others are not permitted.

Bicycles, Skateboards, or Rollerblades

Bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, or any personal transportation devices are prohibited.

Chairs or Blankets

Outside chairs, blankets, or any seating equipment are not allowed. Designated seating areas are provided.

Offensive Clothing or Signs

Clothing or signs displaying offensive, derogatory, or discriminatory language or imagery are strictly prohibited.

Perfume Bottles

To ensure the comfort of all attendees, perfume bottles or any strong fragrances are not allowed, as they may cause discomfort or allergic reactions to others nearby.

Entrance Details

All attendees (with pre-purchased or walk-in tickets) will be required to undergo a security screening process before entering the event premises.

To ensure a smooth security screening process, attendees are advised to leave all prohibited items in their vehicles or at home.

The entrance area will be divided into separate lanes for Fast Pass holders, regular pre-purchased ticket holders, and walk-in ticket purchasers.

Upon passing the security screening, attendees will receive a non-removable bracelet which will serve as their event ticket and payment method.

Clear signage will be present throughout the event grounds to guide attendees to different areas and facilities.

Tickets

AUB Outdoors ticket
  • All event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Attendees with Fast Pass two-day (Day 1 and Day 2) tickets must keep their bracelets on throughout both days and not remove it until the end of the event.
  • Fast Pass Two-day tickets will not be available for purchase at the door on the event days.
  • Once the event reaches its maximum capacity, no further entry will be allowed, even for attendees with pre-purchased tickets.
  • Upon successful security screening, attendees' tickets will be activated and validated in the form of a non-removable bracelet containing an embedded chip for cashless payments.
  • Event tickets include access to all entertainment and activities on the West Stage and Green Oval Stage but do not cover food and beverage purchases.
  • All the tickets include multiple entries; however, every time someone goes out, they are required to undergo the security screening again.

Top-up Booths

There will be top-up booths located throughout the event grounds, where attendees can charge their bracelets for making cashless purchases.

Recycling

Recycling is highly encouraged throughout the event, and clearly labeled recycling bins will be provided for attendees to properly dispose of different types of waste. The event organizers are committed to promoting sustainability and minimizing the environmental impact of the event.

Closure by Area

To ensure an optimal experience for attendees during the international artists' performances, the Local Business Area will be closed at 08:00 PM to encourage attendees to gather at the Green Oval.

Smoking Areas

No Smoking Areas are available inside the event.

Resting Areas

Resting Areas are provided at two locations during the event. Follow the signages to find the areas.

Safety & Security

  • In case of any unexpected hazards, there are emergency evacuation procedures and designated assembly areas.
  • The team is trained for crowd management strategies (e.g., entry/exit flows, capacity limits).
  • At the door, everyone should undergo the Security screening processes (e.g., bag checks, metal detectors) every time they want to enter the event.

Intellectual Property

  • Unauthorized professional recordings (audio, video, photography) are restricted.
  • The use of trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials is prohibited.
